The downstairs tv and upstairs alexa lights and laptop connect to the router. However my Samsung tv upstairs refuses completely. It's not old (3 at most). I have tried changing the WPA settings, turning off and on along with router and I have put the password in about 10 times to no avail. It doesn't recognise the IP address when I try to set it up manually either. Tell me what I'm doing wrong please?

Find out more@Brackenmyst power down the TV fully and leavecthe power disconnected for a minute or until the LED goes out before reconnecting ..That step should force the TV to reboot which should clear the memory used to store passwords which can become corrupted.
