Tv won’t turn on

Hello, 

 

 

Having issues with my wifi/connection as my tv has gone black. Makes a sound when turned on then nothing. 

please help!

@LSully1  What TV do you have as this doesn't sound like a broadband issue at all rather a TV fault?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
