Tv shows NO WI-FI Connection

I have the latest sky glass tv, I can't remember the full title.

It's saying no wi-fi, yet my broadband is working perfect.

I have tried switching them both off at the mains and back on again, ive tried turning the tv off first then the wi-fi.  Wi-fi is great but tv still has NO WI-FI on the screen !!!!! 🤬

@BISKIT34 go into the TV's network settings and check the connection there usefully it will show the strength of the WiFi signal it is getting. Poor WiFi signal strength is the most comon issue with Stream oucks and Glass TVs trying yo useceither in rooms with poor WiFi signal is going to givecyiu a very poor experience.
