Internet keeps dropping out completely

Good Evening 

Fir the last couple of days our internet connection keeps dropping off. We lose the tv and any internet on phones etc. it will usually come back on after a while but when it's off the internet speed is showing 0

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them so they can investigate this for you,

I get the same 

BT OPEN REACH SAID THEY FIXED THE ISSUES said my speed etc has improved 

but I still get drop out connections and slow speed
