Tv not playing
Tv and apps not playing. No faults found. Speed checker from Sky says 150gb working well.independant says 57

@Robert926 Do you have Sky Q, Sky Gkass or Sky Stream as you posted this in the broadband forum and this doesn't sound like a broadbvand issue if servicce is showing as good.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
