Tv keeps losing its connection with technical problem notice on blank on both upstairs and down sets

The technical fzult notice is accompanied by a try again later notice. Trying again brings about a signal that gets dropped againe within a couple of minutes. Switch everything off and starting again does not clear it. How can this be resolved?
