Tv keeps cutting out

My tV Keeps cutting out, pausing ,freezing and going out of sync. It happens on all channels. It has been like this for a while and is getting worse. Today I haven't been able to watch any programs without some sort of dissrruption. I have tested the WIFI and broadband connection and you say that everything is working. Please help.
