Tv continually buffering and jumping

When we are watching Tv via TV playlist selection whatever channel we are watching the programme is continuously buffering, freezing 

We can only watch TV uninterrupted via the apps -BBC, ITVX etc

The same thing's happening to me recorded the f1, and constantly jumping ahead. Not good enough sky
