Tv catch up
I'm still getting an error on my tv code 109, an engineer is due out but still not had any confirmation back, I'm getting frustrated now, if this continues I will be going back to EE as never had any issues with them, I came over to Sky due to a price decrease

What Sky TV service do you subscribe to and are seeing this code on? If, as I suspect, you have Sky Q, what have you tried so far?
