Re: Tv buffering
@Hayley+Lawton to stream video devices like Firesticks need a steady wifi signal with sufficent bandwidth. Run the network test in the Get Help menu in the Netfix app.
Firesticks are notorious for suffering from poor WiFi as they are plugged behind a TV which contains metal thst blocks the signal. You can buy a short HDMI extention cable which can help. The newer Sky hubs do in general have better wifi range than the older ones but still are governed by the laws of physics so make sure the hub is out in the open on a surface so its signal is not blocked by furniture etc.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
