Whilst streaming a TV programme the picture keeps freezing and poor quality. When watching BBC etc I often get a message on the screen saying not connected to the Internet. Very disappointing as I am paying for broadband wifi and max router that us supposed to provide wifi all over my house. My wife often cannot get wifi on her I Pad Considering changing provider as thus isn't doing what it says on the tin
