Turning off SIP ALG

I can see on the forums the steps to turn off ALG on your router.

 

Unfortunately under advanced I have no ALG options and there is nothing to turn off?

If you have a white Max Hub, that would be as expected: there isn't any such setting available to users.

 

Sky is apparently in the process of addressing an issue with Max Hubs and SIP phones.

Can someone escalate this message? 
I have sky max white hub and have issues with incoming calls on my VOIP Yealink Phone, the calls disconnect

@Treacle08  I'm afraid we can't escalate your message as the messaging service is offline, you'll need to call Sky.

@Treacle08 No, as already mentioned the escalation service is offline and there is no update on when it will be back. You will have to call Sky.
