Broad band slower now I have switched to full fibre
We switched to full fibre a couple of months ago but our internew is slower than it was before (we have only moved between sky products and we thought what we were getting would be better). Our TV buffers now (this has a hard-wire internet connection) and the internet on wifi devices is slower and patchy. I have checked the APP and it says our connection is good. I can't find a number to phone anyone about this - can anyone help?
