Sky has not bundled mcafee for over 2 years so very few people have it as part of the sky subscription 

 

Is it broadband shield you want to disable?

McAfee is not 'on your internet': it's a local software installation.

If you want to uninstall it from a device, only you can do that.  If you have a subscription paid through Sky which you no longer want, you'll need to call them.
