I had the same issue at first. 

I restarted the hub and now devices keep dropping off the WiFi network., and when they do manage to connect there's no internet.

@Pinkgirl & @Damo-C if you are trying to log onto the hubs wed interface there is a bug which makes use of ios and Safari difficult try another device or use Chrome. The admin password is either the word sky or the wifi password on the label depending on which hub you have.

 

The default wifi password should work to connect devices unless somebody has changed it. However if a device refuses it tell the device to forget the connection, power it down and after the device reboots try again when it normally works.

 

Neither of you should be having trouble if you do post again with some more details.
