@Carl211 Sky only provide boosters in limited circumstances which are

  1. Customer has Sky Q boxes which are not maintaining connection
  2. Customer has bought the Broadband Boost bundle and doesnt get minimum3Mb/s in every room in the house
  3. Customer has bought the Wifi Max bundle and doesnt get minimum 10Mb/s if on a Superfast service or 25Mb/s if on Ultrafast service.

If any of those apply give Sky a call. If they dont apply you will need to buy your own. You can pick up used Sky boisters online but they are expensive for what they are. Third party kit is often better and cheaper.  Personally I turned off the wifi on the Sky hub and bought a whole home wifi set up runjing in access point mode for under £100 which provides fast wifi (over 100Mb/s) in a fairly large 3 level house.
