Open reach have to put in a new cable. I keep getting a message that says they need a Permission to work document? I haven't received anything from Openreach except texts?
Sometimes it may not come through to you. You may find it beneficial to contact Openreach from their website and ask for any relevant documents to be sent directly to you.
