Trying to change broadband shield settings

I trying to change my broadband shield settings. Using both my browser and the app I get the same error message. It says that the changes can't be saved at this time. I just want it turned off. When I look it says it's disabled, but it's not.

@Matt103 Sky appear to have an issue with the online system as I am getting tge same issue and I think you will need Sky's help to change the settings. Currently their phone lines are very busy but I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
