Trying to access the router settings

Hi. I am trying to access the router settings. It asks for a user name and password.  Have tried admin as my password and the password on my browser but it doesn't accept that.  I have tried resetting the router but that hasn't made any difference.

Re: Trying to access the router settings

Hi. Im not trying to change the wifi password, I just want to change the router setting to split the signal. It doesn't accept the password. I have read the help guides that say you should reset the router and then the user name will be admin and the password as per the back of the router, but that doesn't work.

Re: Trying to access the router settings

@mandark2411 What sky Hub are you using? And you can only do this on a sky Q Hub or a sky Broadband Hub.

Q is admin and sky, for the two entries required, and the Broadband Hub is admin and the password back off the hub or on your card that came with it unless you have changed it previously, if changed a factory reset will turn both of them back to the defaults!
