Trying to Renew Broadband Contract

I am trying to renew our broadband contract and have selected the option I wish to take.

Each time I have tried to do this I get an error screen which is less than helpful.

Its always better to renew your contract over the phone in that way you may be able to negotiate

Follow the link and choose need more help

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

You can try clearing your browsers cache & cookies sometimes the Sky site is a bit dodgy.
