When I connect with my laptop and I am getting an error that slows or drops me out of teams and zoom calls, or even just when working online
It states windos has identified an IP conflict .
It means I am having to try to run calls with no video and even then it fails.

these are my router stats
but comes up every so often with an issue with IP address

Ensure all clients are using DHCP or a reserved IP LAN address via the router reservation table, don't set up any client with fixed manual IP addresses unless it is done via a static reservation in the router.
What sounds likely is you have 2 clients using the same LAN/WLAN IP address and that will cause an issue.

Answered this question on the other thread you created with the same issue but basically for clarity the laptop needs to get its LAN IP address by DHCP.

Thanks for the reply @mae-3
I've checked and the laptop is on DHCP already

Have you checked every device you have is set to DHCP? If so, then switch off everything including the router, then power back on after a few minutes the router first then all the client/computer devices.
