Troubleshooting the hub

I've rang up and the automated person told me to troubleshoot my hun as there seems to be a problem but I can't find how to do it. I'm new to sky and my kids aren't impressed they can't connect their phones.

Get you trouble shooting out off the way first, the ability to NOT connect is another bridge to cross.
