Having trouble with my sky broadband very slow and sometimes will not connect and will not connect to the apps and can't use internet on my apple phone I have had sky now for 20 plus years and it's getting worse not better

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
