Trouble with my internet

I've been struggling to fix my internet problems, the internet and voice lights both appear amber whilst the internet light stays green. I have checked all my sky products on the app and continues to tell me that all is good when it isn't. 
Can anyone tell me how to fix this as I have pulled all wires and rest the box various times?

@Oliviahindy if the internet light is amber then the hub has no connection. Lost connection can becdue to a line fault or a more widespread issue affecting your area. Quickest way to check is to log into the My Sky app using a mobile connection and click to run the connection test - ignore the intial information which will be from the last routine test - if Sky are aware of an issue it will tell you. If it doesnt call Sky so they can get the fault sorted.
