Trouble setting ASUS DSL AC68U up

I have been given an ASUS DSL-AC68U and I'd like to use it as my primary router. running into some issues getting it set up. 

My flat has an openreach modem connected to the sky hub via LAN cable. I'm a little confused as to which configuration I should therefore set my ASUS to upon replacing it for the sky hub? Current config is as follows:

Firmware version  3.0.0.4.386_48262


Any advice welcome, thanks in advance 🤝🏻

I've followed this guide:

but i keep getting "Your ISP's DHCP does not function properly"
