Trouble Activating Sky max hub on iphone
Hi I have connected our new sky max hub phone/fibre cables etc but I am having trouble with the activation side on my iPhone and therefore cannot connect the pod, meaning my mini boxes are not picking up a signal strong enough to work correctly.

When you say you are having problems "with the activation side" are you referring to activating the Hub or a Pod? When you connect the Hub to the ONT Box (the small square box the engineer fitted to the wall) it should start registering itself with Sky automatically, there's nothing you need to do to activate it manually.

I'm guessing you mean the Max Hub isn't appearing in the My Sky app?
