My step dad has been paying for sky for years, and for the past 4 years it's been hell, it keeps losing connection even when they offer these deals on improving the wifi it still stays the same. The amount of times I can't do anything or start anything on my PC due to constantly losing a connection due to the WIFI is unreal.

A 'deal' cannot improve WiFi: technology does that.
