@dawnbowery  Sky don't allow transfer of contracts, you would need to cancel and let the new tenany sign up themselves.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You can't transfer accounts to other tenants.  You would need to cancel yours and the new tenant place their own order.  You could avail of the moving home with sky facility to burn up the remaining year

To cancel Broadband/Talk you need to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days, but if you are still in a discounted 18/24 months deal Sky could impose cancellation charges. This link may help

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.

Re: Transferring contract for broadband to new tenant

Thank you! So hard to find a phone number - if anyone know the number to call to discuss ending a contract early I'd be very grateful!

150 from your Sky Talk line or a Sky mobile. Alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and a 0333 number is displayed.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated 0818 ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
