Hi
I work for a company that has many remote users. All our staff that have Sky home broadband, we are seeing traffic throttling on a specific connection to one of our servers.
It looks like this is sky throttling encrypted TCP traffic on a random port. The support line has been no help to our users or to us calling, please can someone let us know what traffic shaping is going on so we can try and avoid it or let us know what the users need to ask the support team to remove this throttling.
Thanks
Mark

Unfortunately, traffic shaping does occur with Sky as they use AI on the backbone, and it seems in this case it has decided the TCP/IP traffic shape needs to be throttled by mistake, AI isn't perfect in firewalls and security. Whether you'll be able to convince Sky...
