Tracking order

I purchased "Ultrafast" and received e-mail with broadband activation date. But I can't track my order. I didn't receive any tracking code, "My orders" is empty. I'm not sure that my order was placed. How can I track my order (for example check router delivery satus)? Thanks

@oleg4  Do you have any other Sky services like TV before you ordered Sky broadband?
