I am just connecting to Sky, having terminated a contarct with BT for boradband. I put in the Sky password for wifi over abd over again after connecting everything correctly and it is not accepted. I have checked the letters and figures, Is there a problem with the phone line - having terminated with BT?

The internet connection status doesn't relate directly to a local Hub login.
