Sorry I don't really understand what iv posted in but im waiting for my sky internet box as iv just joined, I had a messaged to say it's on the way, but it isn't letting me track it?

Hubs are sent out by Royal Mail so you should have been sent a link to track it. You don't need to be in but be warned the postie will leave it somewhere and should pop a card through your letterbox as to its location ie; behind the bin (and hopefully not in the bin on bin collection day as happened to one customer).

I think I got an email from RM when mine was out for delivery. It's as well to be in or choose other delivery options because unlike BT's hardware, Sky's won't fit through the letterbox.

 

If the RM web site tracking isn't working, try the mobile app.

My sons RM tracking stated his hub would be delivered on 12 December then whilst at work on 11 December he received notification it had been delivered (behind the bin) so the projected delivery date is not always that accurate.
