Too much buffering

Since switching to sky fibre broadband we suffer buffering when streaming and have noticed internet responses are slower. Buffering means programmes almost unwatchable. Router and broadband speed ok. It is so bad I am thinking of breaking contract and moving to another broadband provider. What is sky doing to improve its service?

What router & package do you currently have with Sky?

Are you using any boosters at all?

We have fibre 500 and do not have any boosters - we have a small house and Wi-Fi is strong everywhere.
