To set up broadband

Hi,
I have just order sky broadband yesterday but I didn’t get any confirmation yet. Would you be able to check for me?

@Iksa Have you looked in your e-mails and spam box just incase? The Forum can do nothing for you cust - cust help, if you need conformation then call sky.

Yes I had seleted today to setup the broadband but, I didn't get any information and they already deduct my £5 money.

@Iksa If you have NOT been getting text from Sky that your install was going ahead, have NOT recieved the HUB from them you where advised weeks ago to check, has any off this happened? Fact they took your £5 is off no consequence!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Iksa As already mentioned in the first reply to you, the forum is a customer to customer help forum, no-one here can or will call you as we are not Sky staff.

If your service hasn't been activated and you have not received the router you need to call Sky.

There is no further help anyone here can offer.

@Iksa When you reply on this Forum YOU are not talking to SKY, this is a customer helps customer, the About at the top off this community page explains it all, you are obviously NOT aware off this fact.
