Of course I hit apply, and restarted the router too.

I cannot save the Wanoe, it always goes back to DSL
Also cannot save the checkbox: Default DMZ Server - it always goes back to checked and 0.0.0.0
I do press Apply.

It's been a long time since the original post, but I'm so happy the suggested fix has stopped the ticking that I had to reply. Thanks so much!

I have no idea how to do any of this? Will sky send me a new router?

Request to speak to tech support who may walk you through the method described. Customer Support will send another router but it will be the same.

Had the hub on my home office desk for nearly 2 years, ticking noise started yesterday driving me crazy. The fix on this thread sorted the issue after applying and rebooting.

How strange!
Thank god for this thread lol. Never had a router continuously tick before.
No light controls either. What are they thinking with basic features missing? Some people need it in their bedroom.

Any idea how to do this on the SR213?
I don't see an option anywhere in the admin panel, nor the stupid My Sky app 😞
Router is sat there, ticking away...
Who programs this firmware??

I did all of that n now my router can't even connect to the Internet.....

This REALLY needs fixing. Sat in a quiet room it's enough to drive someone bonkers. Imagine if you had to have the router behind the bed or something. And you can't even control the lights on this model, either!
Surely it's using more energy doing this?
