Throttled

My line stats show my downstream connection is banded at exactly 60 Mbps, and my Noise Margin has risen to 10 dB. My attenuation shows I'm close enough to the cabinet for full speed. Could you please escalate this to Openreach to perform a DLM Reset on my line to drop the noise margin back to 6 dB?
