This is ridiculous

I placed an order for an engineer to be booked and come to my home as I'm getting under  the guaranteed speed and it has been pending now for 3 months with a message saying "coming soon". This is truly ridiculous that I'm paying £31 for just broadband and it is not even working properly!!!!!

You can use this to argue for release from a minimum contract term (if applicable) but realistically Openreach is increasingly reluctant to put resources into fixing faults on the legacy copper network.
