Thermostat controls not connecting to Wi-Fi

My heating controls are not connecting to WiFi - but if my phones WiFi is on it's connects to that . Be asked by nest to connect you guys - can you give any help please - thank you

@Simon07 is your Sky hub black or is it white? Is your Nest thermostats an old model or the vurrebt type?

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
