There is no light at all under LOS

We have no internet connection to TV. On the Openreach box only 3 lights are flashing, LOS has no light at all.

That's exactly as it should be. LOS is a fault condition (Loss of Signal), so you need to look at the router connection & lights.

I have the same issue - new router fitted last week for fibre upgrade - TV not connected since - please advise
