The worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Was emailed by sky to inform me I was out of contract and given a reference number. when I typed it in it wasn't recognised. I raised this with the online "service" and was told someone would be in touch. Nobody called, or emailed. So long story short, I switched to BT and then got a handful of messages from Sky offering to cut my monthly direct debit by 50%. 

I would rather pay more to be with someone else than stay with Sky who have the worst customer service of any company I have ever had to deal with. They clearly do not value customers. Sky sports and my other contracts are the next to go.
