My elderly mum has internet etc with sky. The power went off recently and the router would not reconnect the internet

@AHTurner2 You're only posting in a forum of fellow customers, unless you are the account holder your mother will need to cobtact Sky themselves. Nothing will happen on the back of a forum post.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
