Cannot change any WiFi setting on router

Hi all.

I'm trying to separate and rename the 2.4 and 5GHz  in order to connect a smart device but I can't make any changes at all. When I tap "apply" it just comes up with "safari can't open the page as web connection was lost" and if I try again I just get error 404. I can click on every tab fine in the settings but can't make any changes as every time I tap "apply" I just get those messages.

fyi I'm trying trying to do this on my iPhone, I don't have any other devices to access the settings from.

@xcloxcx assuming you have one of Sky's black hubs there is a bug where devices running ios cannot save changes as you are finding. If possible try using a device running a different operating system or try again using Chrome which can take several goes to work.
