The internet cable broke
The internet cable inside the house is broken, and I can't use the internet. You need to send an engineer immediately because there's nothing I can do. It needs to be repaired. Thank you. I've been trying to reach you since Sunday, but I haven't been able to get an appointment.

Sorry @tenzilehocaoglu but you are talking to other customers here and not Sky support so what cable is it that broke, was does it run from and to as you might be able to get a replacement yourself.
