The cable to my hub that comes through the wall is broken. I can't seem to find any info on how to arrange for an engineer to fix it in Sky's endless circular bots and 'helpful' articles.
can anyone advise how I can just organise a repair?

@Alex106 Have you logged into your account and run a service check, if it fails then should advise engineer visit required to repair?

@JimM1 Unfortunately it keeps saying it's working even though the hub is flashing red...

@Alex106 The quickest method to resolve would be to call sky direct, report the fault and have the agent arrange for the engineer to repair.
