You should also be aware even after reporting a fault billing continues as normal.

Yes I have reported it to sky, yes I know it is customers reading this and boy do I know the meter keeps turning, especially when you are not receiving any service.
Sky just fob you off with any old twoddle, we will run tests and get back to you, then you can never find them again in the call centre
