bill isnt nothing though

@Bisgeden  This is a customer helkps customer forum, have you reported these issues to Sky?  What have they said?  How long has this been down for?

 

You should also be aware even after reporting a fault billing continues as normal.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes I have reported it to sky, yes I know it is customers reading this and boy do I know the meter keeps turning, especially when you are not receiving any service. 
Sky just fob you off with any old twoddle, we will run tests and get back to you, then you can never find them again in the call centre
