Broadband

Whilst watching tv via the broadband,the programme gets interrupted and a icon spins on the screen 

sometimes it resolves itself other times an error code  or similar appears

 

unable to resolve the issue 

many suggestions??

@Cooperman1  How is the TV connected to your hib, what device are you using to watch?  Sky Glass/ Sky Stream or your own TV?

 

What speeds dol you get on your broadband line?

hello we use an amazon fire stick to watch tv

Wi fi signal keeps dropping for all gadzets in the house like iphones
