Re: Terrible wifi connection near to hub
All diagnostics say 'good', but tv won't connect to apps, freezes in teams meetings and it is generally poor. Whwn you work from home you need to have what you pay for. Trying to speak to a human is impossible, I am
not an IT tech so why ia it so hard to get someone to come and solve it. My view is for every hour/day I can't work I will pro rota this from what my monthly charge. So disappointed.

Re: Terrible wifi connection near to hub
Okay, in your first message you said that the Sky diagnostics confirmed the issues but then your second message says that it states all is 'good' so its a bit confusing.
If your having issues with all different devices then the issue likely lays with the line or your hub. Do any lights change on it when you have issues? Are there periods of complete loss of connectivity or only minor freezes?
Just to set your expectation regarding charges, you are on a domestic broadband connection and as such in your Sky contract you are not entitled to any form of refund for being unable to work. If your connection was down completely you would possibly be entitled to compensation as per https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation but that doesnt sound like the issue you have.
