Terrible service

Been waiting since 5th Jan for my broadband and a phone line to be set up they are quotting 3 months what a joke I have contacted the call centre most days and have been sent around the world with promises that never happen

No one will call you back. Sky won't know who you are anyway as your Community log-in name is not connected to any Sky account you may have. You need to periodically call Sky to see if there's a earlier slot due to a cancellation but the installation is determined by Openreach not Sky.

Thank you, It is for my dad who is 84 and does not understand what is happening yes open reach did come and have said it will be 3 month has virgin has took out a copper wire, But thank you  for your help
