Terrible service from sky and terrible broadband quality

I honestly don't know how many more times I can tell Sky about this problem and have them do absolutely nothing about it.

Fault with speed to my hub, has been for months now, constant drop outs and terrible speed. I went through 'let's fix it' process about 5 times recently to no success so when I was last told to disconnect and re-connect the cables I DID NOT and when it ran the test again it said everything was fixed?!?!

Completely useless feature that says it's fixed even if you don't do anything @@...come on

The wifi connection drops out constantly, the speed has been under the guaranteed speed consistently every single day for the past 3 months at least. Foolishly we are out of contract now so speed guarantee doesn't apply!!??!!

Most surprising to me is my LAN connection, unbelievably is able to magically disconnect and then reconnect itself.

Nothing has changed with our electrical wiring or anything like that to allow any interference.

I am convinced the issue is our hub which is just slowly dying now.

The AI chat is so unbelievably not helpful whatsoever, it will do absolutely ANYTHING to avoid redirecting you to a real life human being even though it states it will try to do this 😂

I have run tests so many and I am also convinced these tests are fake.

Why? Because I have run multiple tests that all state there is an issue with speed to my hub.

I go through the disconnection and reconnection process but WITHOUT disconnecting anything...

Lo and behold, the test says my issue is now fixed 🤣🤣

Apparently that's what they claim, although personally I think it's extremely dubious: you are of course still in a contract otherwise there'd be no obligation to pay.  What you aren't in is a minimum contract term, and that's different.

It also means you are free to switch to a different ISP (although I'd suggest not doing so at this time of year)
