Hi,

Can you login to the sky hub?

If you can what's the wireless security set to? Could you upload a image of wireless settings

Re: Terrible internet

it seems like the Sky max hub is pretty useless bit of kit. I would suggest you get your own router and see if it improves things

I have joined sky today. I'm using my own router and connection has been solid all day not a single drop out

Re: Terrible internet

I use Asus, here is a link to one which should be savvy for your use. Maybe try it and see if it helps. I think it will. If you need any help setting it up, let me know & I will help if possible.

That's obviously using WiFi, what speed are you getting to the hub?

If you are happy to replace the hub entirely, be aware that you will lose the landline phone. If you do need that, then research buying your own WiFi mesh system and disable the Sky hubs internal WiFi.

If it's the white Sky Max Hub, then you can access limited options but only via the MySky app on a smart device.
